Living in the skin you’re in
Many of us move through the world carrying patterns we don’t fully understand — bracing, overextending, shutting down, people-pleasing or pushing through.
These workshops invite us to become more curious about these patterns and how they shape everyday life. Together, we explore practical tools that can support greater awareness, flexibility and choice.
These gatherings are educational and experiential in nature, rather than group therapy. You are welcome to participate at the level that feels right for you.

In a world that leans heavily on expectations and outcomes,
what happens when you pause to notice what’s actually here?
Not trying to change it.
Not trying to get it right.Just noticing.
What might open up when there’s a little more room?

Join me for a gentle guided exploration of sensation, stillness, movement and attention, allowing experience to unfold at its own pace.

Perhaps you:
feel pulled in different directions and want somewhere to land
are curious about what might emerge if you pause
notice a tendency to push through and wonder what happens when you don’t
